This notice explains what information Septem Elite LLC ("we", "us") collects when you visit this website, book a call, or email us, why we collect it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, write to [email protected].
Who we are
Septem Elite LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Georgia, United States. We are the controller of the personal information described in this notice. Contact: [email protected].
What this website does not do
- It does not set cookies.
- It does not run analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts.
- It has no forms. The only ways to give us information are the booking link and email.
- It does not sell, rent, or share personal information for advertising.
Information we collect, and why

Who else sees it
We use a small number of service providers to run the site and the business. They process information only for the purposes above.
- Google (Google Workspace, Google Calendar, Google Fonts): email, calendar bookings, and font delivery.
- Cloudflare: hosting and serving the pages, and keeping request logs.
Beyond that, we disclose personal information only when the law requires it, to protect our legal rights, or to professional advisers bound by confidentiality. We do not sell personal information and have never done so.
How long we keep it
Booking details and email correspondence are kept for as long as the conversation they belong to needs them. Where no engagement follows, we delete prospect correspondence within 24 months of the last contact. Where an engagement begins, records are kept under the terms of that agreement. Request logs are retained by Cloudflare under its own schedule.
Where it is processed
We are based in the United States and process information here. Our service providers may process it in other countries where they operate. If you are outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to [email protected] from the address we hold for you. We answer within 30 days and will not treat you differently for asking.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland: our legal basis for processing booking and email information is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or the steps needed before entering a contract with you. You also have the right to object, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
If you are a California resident: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law, and we do not use it for targeted advertising. You have the rights to know, delete, and correct described above.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Booking and email information lives in our Google Workspace account under two-factor authentication and least-privilege access. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we do not promise that. We do promise to tell you without undue delay if we learn of a breach affecting your information.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a minor has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this notice, we update the effective date at the top. Material changes to how we use information already collected will be sent to the email address we hold for you before they take effect.
